blue-check New regulations: Materials imported for export production must be labeled

According to the amendments at clause 1 Article 1 of Decree No. 111/2021/ND-CP, with regard to imported goods being materials used for manufacture of goods for export and goods being gifts, presents, they must still be labeled in accordance with to the regulations at this Decree.

In case imported goods being components, if it is not impossible to directly label, on commercial packages of the goods must have label containing all mandatory contents according to section 2 clause 5 Article 1 of Decree No. 111/2021/ND-CP.
