Circular No. 03/2021/TT-BXD dated May 19th, 2021 of the Ministry of Construction on National Technical Regulations on apartment buildings

These Regulations apply to apartment buildings that are up to 150 m in height or having up to 3 basements. With respect to apartment buildings that are taller than 150 m or having 4 basements or more, apart from these Regulations, other technical requirements already approved must be added.

Apartment building refers to a building with 2 storeys or more, having many flats, shared passages and staircases, private property, shared property.

A group of 2 or more apartments is an apartment complex.

This Circular takes effect from July 5th, 2021 and replaces Circular No. 21/2019/TT-BXD dated December 31st, 2019.
