Circular No. 07/2023/TT-NHNN dated June 30th, 2023 of the State Bank on amendments to certain Articles of Circular No. 38/2018/TT-NHNN dated December 25, 2018 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on import of goods serving currency printing and minting operations of State Bank of Vietnam

This Circular provides for new List of goods that are designated to be imported serving currency printing and minting operations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

This Circular comes into force from August 14, 2023.

The phrase “Code according to import duty schedule” is replaced with the phrase "Code according to Vietnam’s nomenclature of exports and imports (hereinafter referred to as “HS code”) prescribed in the List of imported machines, equipment, materials, components and parts serving currency printing and minting operations of State Bank of Vietnam enclosed Circular No. 01/2017/TT-NHNN dated February 07, 2017.
