This Circular provides for form of Certificate of land use right, house ownership and other properties associated with the land as the replacement of the earlier form promulgated at Circular No. 17/2009/TT-BTNMTstatus1

Accordingly, the new form of certificate has the Additional page following page 4 with black letters including the words “Additional page of Certificate”; land parcel number; issue number of Certificate; recorded number in Certificate issuing book and section “IV. Changes after the issuance of Certificate”; as in page 4 of the Certificate

This Circular takes effect from July 05, 2014, to replace Circular No. 17/2009/TT-BTNMTstatus1 dated October 21, 2009; Circular No. 20/2010/TT-BTNMTstatus1 dated October 22, 2010 and Circular No. 16/2011/TT-BTNMTstatus1 dated May 20, 2011.
