This Decree amends, supplements to these Decree:

1. Decree No. 35/2019/ND-CPstatus2 dated April 2th, 2019 regarding penalties for administrative violations against regulations on forestry

2. Decree No. 31/2016/ND-CPstatus2 dated May 6th, 2016 regarding penalties for administrative violations against regulations on plant quarantine.

3. Decree No. 90/2017/ND-CPstatus2 dated July 31st, 2017 regarding penalties for administrative violations against regulations on veterinary medicine

4. Decree No. 14/2021/ND-CPstatus2 dated March 3rd, 2021 regarding penalties for administrative violations against regulations on animal husbandry

According to the amendments at this Decree, the act of trading pesticides together with other goods such as foods, foodstuffs, cattle feed, aqua feed, medicines or veterinary drugs shall be imposed a fine ranging from VND 2.000.000 to VND 4.000.000.

A cold storage of fresh, prepared or processed animals/animal products without a certificate of veterinary hygiene shall be imposed a fine ranging from VND 6.000.000 to VND 7.000.000.

This Decree takes effect from January 10th, 2022.
