This Regulation prescribes limitation of technical regulations and compulsory management requirements in construction planning in district areas, inter-district areas, urban planning and rural planning, including preparation, appraisal, approval, revision of planning, organization of planning and use as the basis for development of national standards and local standards in urban - rural planning.

QCVN 01:2021/BXD replaces QCVN 01:2019/BXD.

QCVN 01:2021/BXD is promulgated together with Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BXD dated May 19th, 2021 which takes effect from July 5th, 2021.
