National technical regulation QCVN 02-14:2009/BNNPTNT dated December 25th, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on fishery feed mill – Conditions for food safety, veterinary hygiene and protect environment

This regulation prescribes the conditions to ensure veterinary hygiene safety for fishery feed mill and applies to the fishery feed mill with industrial scale nation-wide. This regulation does not apply to the fishery feed mill with self-service farming household scale without non-commercial nature.This regulation is issued together with Circular No. 82/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 25th, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
