Form of Covid-19 response plan for enterprises
The Ministry of Health issues a form of plan for prevention and control of covid-19 and responses to covid-19 cases (Appendix 1) and form of commitment on COVID-19 control for boarding houses for workers (Appendix 2).
Accordingly, the form of plan for prevention and control of covid-19 must fully have these contents:
1. General information
2. Objectives and requirements
3. Determination of covid-19 infection risks
4. Steering board for prevention and control of covid-19 at the entity
5. Contents of and solutions to prevention and control against covid-19 at the entity
6. Response plan to suspected or confirmed covid-19 cases
7. Implementation.
