blue-check Many regulations on real estate trading are expected to be amended

Aiming at safe, healthy, and sustainable development of real estate market, the Prime Minister requests Ministries and sectors to soon study to amend, supplement to these regulations:

- The Law on Housing, the Law on Real Estate Trading, Decree No. 100/2015/ND-CPstatus2 , Decree No. 49/2021/ND-CP on management of real estate transactions, especially houses;

- Decree No. 153/2020/ND-CPstatus2 on bond issuance to mobilize capital of real estate trading enterprises;

- Applicable regulations of laws pertaining to auctions for land use right (laws on auctions, laws on land, laws on tax administration) to ensure the consistency and conformity to actual situation.

- Regulations on operation of real estate trading platform and real estate brokerage to prevent tax evasion, misinformation negatively impacting operation of financial market, credit, real estate.
