Decision No. 01/2022/QD-TTg dated January 18th, 2022 of the Prime Minister on promulgation of lists of sectors and GHG emission facilities subject to GHG inventory development

Lists of sectors and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission facilities subject to GHG inventory development promulgated at this Decision include:

1. List of sectors subject to GHG inventory development in Appendix I;

2. List of GHG emission facilities subject to GHG inventory development in industry and trade specified in Appendix II;

3. List of GHG emission facilities subject to GHG inventory development in transport specified in Appendix III;

4. List of GHG emission facilities subject to GHG inventory development in construction specified in Appendix IV;

5. List of GHG emission facilities subject to GHG inventory development in natural resources and environment specified in Appendix V;

The inventory development, procedures for inventory development shall base on the regulations at Decree No. 06/2022/ND-CP.

This Decision comes into force from January 18, 2022.
