This Circular promulgates the new List of machinery, equipment used in the field of agriculture and rural development subject to quality inspection, applicable from February 3rd, 2022.

Accordingly, in comparison with the earlier List, the new List adds some goods items subject to quality inspection from February 3rd, 2022 such as: products used for the handling livestock waste, machinery, equipment used in the field of agriculture and rural development, etc.

However, this Circular removes the requirement of quality inspection of livestock breeds and aquatic breeds.

This Circular takes effect from February 3rd, 2022 and replaces Circular No. 14/2018/TT-BNNPTNTstatus1 dated October 29th, 2018.
