The Ministry of Health announces that it assigned the Institute of Public Health Ho Chi Minh City (address: 159 Hung Phu, Ward 8, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City) to conduct the state inspection of safety of imported foods, including:

1. Bottled water, mineral water, ice (ready-to-use ice and ice used for food processing);

2. Functional foods;

3. Micronutrients in food;

4. Food additives, food flavorings, food processing aids;

5. Implements, packaging and containers in direct contact with foods;

6. Other products not included in the list of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

This Decision lasts for 05 years from the date on which it is signed.
