The General Department of Vietnam Customs announces the List of 50 COs for which the deadline for replying verification result expired and requests Customs Departments of provinces to carry out procedures to reject them. The list in details is enclosed herewith.
The General Department of Vietnam Customs informs that it has sent Diplomatic notes requesting for verification for many times but now it has not yet received verification result of exporting country's authorities with regard to these COs.
In case after the deadline for verification according to Clause 6 Article 19 of Circular No. 38/2018/TT-BTC
, if customs authorities receive verification result, they shall consider accepting the COs based on the verification result, explanation of agencies, organizations or manufacturers, exporters issuing the COs or customs authorities of the exporting country.
