This Law comes into force from January 1st, 2021.

The regulations set out in Clause 3 Article 75 of this Law (including the amendments to assessment of environmental impact of investment projects) come into force from September 1st, 2020.

The Law on investment No. 67/2014/QH13status1 dated November 26th, 2014 of which a number of articles have been amended, supplemented according to Law No. 90/2015/QH13status2 , Law No. 03/2016/QH14, Law No. 04/2017/QH14status2 , Law No. 28/2018/QH14status2 and Law No. 42/2019/QH14status2 shall be expired from January 1st, 2021, except for Article 75 of the Law on investment No. 67/2014/QH13status1 .

Amendement notes
  • The amendments to Law No. 55/2014/QH13status1 at this Law shall be expired from January 1st, 2022, according to the regulations at Law No. 72/2020/QH14status2 dated November 17th, 2020.
