Relating to cases in which workers do not contribute to unemployment insurance by September 30th, 2021 because they take maternity leave or sick leave, suspend employment contracts, take leave for 14 working days or more without receiving monthly salaries, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs assumes that in principle, these workers still belong to the List of participants of unemployment insurance by September 30th, 2021 because they have not terminated employment contracts.
Accordingly, these cases (including take maternity leave, sick leave, suspend employment contracts, take leave without receiving monthly salaries, etc. from January 1st, 2020 to September 30th, 2021 as well as before January 1st, 2020), the workers are still entitled to receive financing aid according to Decision No. 28/2021/QD-TTg.
