blue-check Interest rate applied to loans provided for housing construction in 2022: 4.8%/year

Decision No. 59/QD-NHNN dated January 20th, 2022 of the State Bank of Vietnam on interest rate applicable to loans provided for implementing social housing policies by appointed credit institutions

Under this Circular, loans provided for construction, renovation or repair of houses for occupation in 2022 are still entitled to the preferential interest rate of 4.8% per annum, remained unchanged in comparison with that applied in the past year.

This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing and replaces Decision No. 679/QD-NHNN dated April 22nd, 2021.
