Announcement No. 230/TB-BHXH dated January 17th, 2022 of Ho Chi Minh city Social Insurance Agency on adjustment to interest rates used for calculation of interests on late payment, re-collection of social insurance contributions, health insurance and unemployment insurance premiums

From January 1st, 2022, cases of late payment of social insurance, unemployment insurance premiums shall be subject to interests on late payment according to the rate of 0.7316%/month, reduced in comparison with the interest rate used for calculating interests on late payment in 2021 of 0.8366%/month.

However, cases of late payment of health insurance premiums from January 1st, 2022 shall be subject to the Interest rate of 0.5434%/month, increased in comparison with the interest rate applied in 2021 of 0.5134%/month.
