Mandatory information to be shown on label of goods is regulated at Article 10 of Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CPstatus2 .

With regard to imported goods, if the original label is unconformable with the provisions of Decree No. 43/2017/NĐ-CPstatus2 , the importer shall make an auxiliary label before putting such goods into circulation together with their original label.

Now, customs authorities do not impose sanctions on goods of which original labels do not have all the required information according to Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CPstatus2 (Official letter No. 1512/TCHQ-PC dated March 11th, 2020).
