The new procedure will shorten the duration of issuance of work permit to 01 working day.

Especially, if the work permit is lost, the applicant must apply for certification of the police authority of commune/ward where the foreign worker resides for re-issuance of the work permit.

This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.

To abrogate the contents announcing procedure No. 3 at the List of administrative procedures promulgated at Decision No. 311/QD-UBND dated January 21st, 2022.
