Decree No. 54/2022/ND-CP dated August 22nd, 2022 of the Government on amendments to some Articles of the Government’s Decree No. 78/2016/ND-CP dated July 01, 2016 on conditions for provision of training for crewmembers and operators of internal waterway vehicles and Government’s Decree No. 08/2021/ND-CP dated January 28, 2021 prescribing management of inland waterway-related activities

This Decree abrogates the requirement of submission of the certificate of enterprise registration upon applying for the certificate of eligibility for provision of training for crewmembers as regulated at clause 2 Article 11 of Decree No. 78/2016/ND-CP .

In addition, this Decree also amends the state management competence of Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration as prescribed at Article 65 of Decree No. 08/2021/ND-CP .

This Decree takes effect from November 1st, 2022.
