With regard to imported used machinery, the Customs Department of Ho Chi Minh city notes that if they have HS codes of Chapter 84 and Chapter 85 on the List of exports and imports of Vietnam they must meet criteria, documentation, procedures for import as prescribed in Decision No. 18/2019/QD-TTg .

Concurrently, they are only licensed to be import for serving the manufacturing of enterprises in Vietnam rather than for trading.
