blue-check It is allowable submitting the scan of C/O form E instead of the original one

Relating to the Movement Certificate EUR.1 (for enjoyment of EVFTA duty), the General Department of Vietnam Customs assumes that if the declared REX number is valid, the presentation of “EC” instead of “EU/European Union” on the C/O does not affect its validity.

With regard to C/O form E (for enjoyment of ACFTA duty), if the C/O is still available on website upon searching the C/O, customs authority shall accept the scan/photocopy of the C/O instead of the original one.
