The General Department of Vietnam Customs notes that with regard to imported used agricultural machinery, equipment, if they belong to the List of Group-2 goods and products under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, it is required to conduct the quality inspection according to the Law on quality of products and goods and Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CPstatus2 . However, they are not governed by Decision No. 18/2019/QD-TTg .

If used agricultural machinery, equipment do not belong to the List of Group-2 goods and products under the management of relevant Ministries, it is required to meet the regulations on criteria, quality assessment according to Decision No. 18/2019/QD-TTg .

Now machinery, equipment for agricultural use belong to the List of Group-2 goods and products promulgated at Circular No. 16/2021/TT-BNNPTNT.
