The interest rate used for calculation of interests on late payment of health insurance premiums in 2022 shall be 0.5433% per month, increased compared to that applied in 2021 (0.5134% per month, Notice No. 132/TB-BHXH dated January 20th, 2021).

The interests on late payment of health insurance premiums shall be collected when enterprises delay paying health insurance premiums from 30 days and over (Decision No. 60/2015/QD-TTg).
