According to this Decision, loans provided by Vietnam Bank for Social Policies for purchase, lease purchase of social housing, construction, renovation, repair of housing between May 10th, 2023 and December 31st, 2024 shall be 4.8% year annum.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing until December 31st, 2024.
