This Circular promulgates the Table of indexation rate of monthly salary after payment of social insurance, applicable to persons who receive retirement pensions, insurance benefit payments in 2022.

Accordingly, the indexation rate of monthly salary after payment of social insurance applicable in 2022 is slightly increased in comparison with that applied in 2021.

This Circular comes into force from February 20th, 2022; the provisions of this Circular shall apply from January 1st, 2022.

To replace Circular No. 23/2020/TT-BLDTBXHstatus1 dated December 30th, 2020.
