This Circular provides for new ceiling on the road tolls applicable from January 15th, 2022. The details are provided at Annex I, Annex II enclosed with this Circular

Notably, from January 15th, 2022, the MAXIMUM TUNNEL TOLLS are applied according to higher rates, from VND 110.000 – VND 280.000/ time

This Circular takes effect from January 15th, 2022. To abrogate Circular No. 60/2018/TT-BGTVT dated December 21st, 2018.
