Decision No. 843/QD-BCT dated May 5th, 2022 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on remaining unchanged the adoption of anti-dumping measures with respect to certain flat-rolled and painted alloy or non-alloy steel products originating in South Korea and the People’s Republic of China

The Ministry of Industry and Trade decides to remain unchanged the imposition of anti-dumping duty on painted steel products imported from South Korea and China according to Decision No. 1283/QD-BCT dated April 20th, 2021.

Steel products that are subject to anti-dumping duty and duty rate shall be further carried out according to the regulations at the aforesaid Decision No. 1283/QD-BCT.

This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.
