Decision No. 1283/QD-BCT dated April 20th, 2021 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on outcomes of first review of imposition of anti-dumping measures on some flat-rolled, painted products of alloy or non-alloy steel imported from People's Republic of China and Republic of Korea

This Ministry of Industry and Trade decides to further impose anti-dumping duty on color steel products imported from China and Korea on the basis of the first review outcomes.

The anti-dumping duty shall be still imposed on some color steel products bearing the following HS codes: 7210.70.11, 7210.70.19, 7210.70.91, 7210.70.99, 7212.40.11, 7212.40.12, 7212.40.19, 7212.40.91, 7212.40.92, 7212.40.99, 7225.99.90, 7226.99.19, 7226.99.99.

The anti-dumping duty rates are adjusted with regard to some manufacturers. The details are provided at Section 3 of the Announcement enclosed with this Decision.

The anti-dumping duty regulated at this Decision shall be applied from April 25th, 2021.

This Decision comes into force after 05 days from the day on which it is signed.
