Because the Covid-19 situation in Ha Noi is practically managed, the People’s Committee Ha Noi announces that it does not apply regulations on classifying into regions; do not examine travel documents for organizations, individuals, and enterprises moving within the City.
In addition, from 6 a.m. of September 21st, 2021, Ha Noi allows the reopening of many commodity and necessary service provider; markets, supermarkets, convenience stores, mini-supermarkets, department stores, grocery stores, and agricultural product chains; drug, medical equipment, perishable goods stores serving medical examination and inspection, and epidemic management; medical examination and inspection, banking service providers, state treasury, and service providers related to banking operations, enterprises assistance, securities, postal, telecommunication, transportation, import, export auxiliary services, rehabilitation facilities, and social security facilities; barbers; sale, repair, cleaning facilities for automobiles, motorbikes, traffic vehicles, electronic appliances, and domestic equipment; stationery, book, equipment, and studying equipment business facilities; construction material and equipment stores; business activities on electronic commercial platforms, using online delivery services; food and drink service providers (takeaway only).
With regard to enterprises in the City, they may assign 50% of employees to work at office.
However, these transportation services are still suspended: passenger transportation on road and waterway: bus, taxi, contract vehicle, tourism coach, interprovincial coach, inland waterway station, passenger motorbike transportation; except for cases of: serving epidemic management, public affairs, foreign affairs, and worker and expert transportation.
Notably, business and service facilities that are allowed to resume operation must fully comply with the guidelines on Covid-19 management at the Annex enclosed herewith.
