Circular No. 02/2023/TT-BKHĐT dated April 18th, 2023 of the Minister of Planning and Investment on amendment to Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BKHDT dated March 16, 2021 of the Minister of Planning and Investment guiding enterprise registration

This Circular supplements regulations on order of, procedures for registration of household businesses, including conditions on receiving household business registration on household business registration system; issuance of household business code also acts as taxpayer identification number (TIN) of the household business; specifying of business lines in the application for household business registration; notifying of business location other than head office location; backup procedures for household business registration; documents on household business registration via website; address for looking up household business registration information, etc.

Accordingly, the registration of household businesses via website includes documents as regulated at Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP and they are presented in electronic format.

Application for registration of household businesses via website shall be accepted only when it meets the requirements at clause 2, clause 3 Article 5g of this Circular.

Household business registration information is available for looking up free of charge at www.dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn.

This Circular takes effect from July 1st, 2023.
