Interim Guidance No. 3862/HD-BVHTTDL dated October 18th, 2021 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on implmentation of resolution No. 128/NQ-CP dated October 11, 2021 of the Government on promulgation of interim regulations on “safe and flexible adaption to and effective control of Covid-19” in culture, sports and tourism activities

This document provides guidelines on organization of culture, sports and tourism activities in line with each Covid-risk level according to Resolution No. 128/NQ-CP dated October 11th, 2021.

Accordingly, with regard to culture activities, etc. the number of attendants is not limited in green areas. It is required to reduce 30% of number of attendants in yellow areas and reduce 50% of number of attendants in orange areas. It is banned from organizing activities in red areas.

With regard to cinemas; venues for cultural and artistic performances, etc. it is required to reduce 50% of guests, audiences in yellow areas; reduce 70% of guests, audiences in orange areas and halt operation in red areas.

With regard to tourist sites, tourist accommodation establishments, etc. they are allowed to operate 100% capacity in green and yellow areas; For orange areas, it is only allowed to organize group tours with less than 25 people and halt activities in red areas.
