Under this Resolution, goods imported to finance the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic shall be exempt from import duty and value added tax similar humanitarian and non-refundable aid regulated at point b clause 4 Article 2 of the Law on Import and export duties No. 107/2016/QH13 and Clause 19 Article 5 of the Law on Value added tax No. 13/2008/QH12status2

This Resolution takes effect from the date of its signing
