blue-check Goods imported on the spot are still subject to anti-dumping duty (if any)

According to the guidelines provided at Official letter No. 944/TCHQ-TXNK dated March 22nd, 2022, in case an enterprise imports yarn products originating in China, India, Indonesia and Malaysia, anti-dumping duty shall be still imposed according to Decision No. 2302/QD-BCTstatus2 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Certificate of Origin (C/O) is the basis for customs authorities to inspect, determine entities on which anti-dumping duty shall be imposed.

If a shipment has no C/O, the anti-dumping duty rate of 54.9% shall be still imposed (according to the regulations at Decision No. 2080/QD-BCTstatus1 and Decision No. 2302/QD-BCTstatus2 ).
