This Circular comes into force from June 15, 2022.

This Circular annuls Point b Clause 4 Article 7 and Clause 9 Article 1 of circular No. 38/2019/TT-BGTVTstatus2 dated October 8, 2019; Clause 1 and Clause 12 Article 2 of Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BGTVT dated January 27, 2021.
