According to Decision No. 3024/QD-BCT dated November 20th, 2020, H-shaped steel products originated in China exempt from imposition of anti-dumping duty include products “...of a height of 700 mm (+/-4mm) or more or a width of 300 mm (+/-3mm) or more”.

The aforesaid regulation is explained by the Ministry of Industry and Trade as follows: H-shaped steel products exempt from imposition of anti-dumping duty must be the products of a height of more than 704 mm or a width of more than 303 mm;

This interpretation shall also apply to determine H-shaped steel products originated in Malaysia exempt from provisional anti-dumping duty under Decision No. 1162/QD-BCT dated April 2nd, 2021.
