blue-check From May 1st, 2023: C/O form RCEP of China shall be issued according to the new form

According to announcement of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, from May 1st, 2023, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) shall issues C/O of new form within the framework of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).

Accordingly, from May 1st, 2023, customs authorities shall base on C/O RCEP of new form attached to this Official letter in order to examine the validity of the C/O form RCEP issued by China.

Regarding a List of specimen signatures of officials competent to issue the C/O form RCEP, China does not announce the List on website of the ASEAN Secretariat because it announced the website of the C/O issuing agency for looking up the C/O’s information.
