blue-check From March 1st, 2022: Trade unions no longer provide assistance for employees infected with Covid-19

The policy on provision of financial assistance (1.5 – 3 million VND) for unionists and employees infected with Covid-19 regulated at Decision No. 3749/QD-TLD December 15th, 2021 shall be officially stopped from March 1st, 2022.

From March 1st, 2022, the provision of assistance for unionists and employees affected by Covid-19 (including died F0 cases) shall be carried out according to regulations on spending on assistance, visit and subsidy at Decision No. 4290/QD-TLD dated March 1st, 2022 and Decision No. 4291/QD-TLD dated March 1st, 2022.

For cases infected with Covid-19 before March 1st, 2022, the applications for assistance shall be further received until March 31st, 2022.

This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.
