blue-check Food and beverage establishments in Ho Chi Minh may operate normally from November 16th, 2021

Ho Chi Minh will allow food and beverage establishments to resume operations on a pilot basis from November 16, 2021 to the end of November 30, 2021 according to each pandemic-risk level as follows:

- For level-1 and level-2 risk areas: food and beverage establishments may operate in new normalcy.

- For level-3 risk areas: food and beverage establishments may serve food and drinks on site but not exceeding 50 percent of their capacity at a time;

- For level-4 risk areas: food and beverage establishments may only provide takeaway services, not serve customers on premise.

However, during the pilot period, food and beverage establishments in Ho Chi Minh city may operate to 22:00 every day and must meet the requirements in the set of criteria for evaluation of safety and prevention against Covid-19 in food and beverage business in HCMC (promulgated together with Decision No. 3677/QD-BCD dated October 27, 2021.
