Relating to the data connection with cameras installed at export processing enterprises (EPEs) according to the regulations at clause 10 Article 1 of Decree No. 18/2021/ND-CP, the General Department of Vietnam Customs requests EPEs to carry out according to the regulations at Decision No. 247/QD-TCHQ and Official letter No. 697/TCHQ-GSQL. EPEs are required to submit the notification according to Form No. 25 in Appendix VII attached to Decree No. 18/2021/ND-CP .

Provincial Customs Departments will inspect, issue the confirmation of EPEs’ fulfillment of the conditions for customs supervision and inspection before April 25th, 2022.
