Under this Resolution, the project on the Resolution on environmental protection tax on petro, oil, grease until the end of December 31st, 2022 composed by the Ministry of Finance is approved by the Government and will be soon submitted to the National Assembly for approval under shortened procedures.

This Resolution takes effect from the date of its signing.
