Official letter No. 4352/BYT-MT dated May 28th, 2021 of the Ministry of Health regarding guidelines for quarantine, testing in industrial parks, plants, factories

Aiming to strengthen the assurance of Covid-19 safety for industrial parks, the Ministry of Health requests enterprises, industrial parks to conduct testing by rapid antigen tests on a weekly basis for these entities:

- All workers participating in provision of services for enterprises in industrial parks such as catering; hotel services; accommodation services provided for experts; transport of supplies, goods; machinery repair, maintenance, warranty.

-To conduct random testing for 20% of workers at enterprises, industrial parks and inns of workers facing with high risk of Covid-19 infection.

In addition, the Ministry of Health also requests enterprises, industrial parks to carry out the Covid-19 infection risk assessment according to the guidelines provided at Decision No. 2194/QD-BCDQG dated May 27th, 2020 and, based on assessment and examination results, decide to allow divisions, lines, factories of each enterprise or entire enterprise to continue or suspend production to overcome, ensure Covid-19 prevention and control.

With regard to enterprises, industrial parks that have Covid-19 cases, before putting F1 cases under health quarantine, it is required to group according to each line, factory and level of contact risk in order to organize the quarantine with regard to those who have the same risk level.
