Decision No. 11/2022/QD-TTg dated April 27th, 2022 of the Prime Minister on extending credit to private pre-schools and primary schools affected by Covid-19 pandemic

This document regulates eligibility requirements for loan, loan limit, lending interest rate under Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 with regard to private pre-schools that had to suspend for Covid-19 prevention and control.

Accordingly, private pre-schools that had been suspended for at least 01 month to meet COVID-19 prevention and control requirements shall be considered to be granted a loan from VND 80 million to VND 200 million at the lending interest rate is 3.3%/year by Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

Loans shall be granted for the purposes of repairing facilities, purchasing medical devices and supplies to serve COVID-19 prevention and control; purchasing equipment necessary for provision of care and education for students so as to recover and maintain the borrower’s operation.

This Decision takes effect from the date of its singing.
