This document is to announce the Draft Plan for reopening of tourism in the new normal composed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in order to receive comments from other Ministries before submission to the Prime Minister for adoption.

Under this Draft Plan, from March 14th, 2022, continue to carry out stage 2 of the Experimental Programme on reception of international tourists.

From March 15th, 2022, reopen international and domestic tourism in the new normal by air, land, sea in a manner that is safe and appropriate for the time for execution of the Socio-Economic Development and Restoration Programme of the Government.
