Based on point b clause 8 Article 1 of Decree No. 49/2021/ND-CP, the Ministry of Construction assumes that with regard to a project on construction of houses for workers funded by other capital sources (not state capital sources), the investor may allocate 20% of total residential land of the project for construction of commercial houses in order to defray investment costs, reduce selling price, rent and lease purchase price of social houses.
