According to the Customs Department of Ho Chi Minh city, Circular No. 04/2007/TT-BTM guiding the import/export on the spot foreign - invested enterprises now is still effective.

Accordingly, when an FDI enterprise exports products on the spot or imports on the spot machinery, equipment, tools, production materials, it must meet all conditions as regulated at Circular No. 04/2007/TT-BTM, especially the condition on contract of import/export on the spot.
