Decree No. 93/2022/ND-CP dated November 7th, 2022 of the Government on controlling and maintaining security and order in air border gate

This Decree prescribes measures for maintaining security and order in air border gates, including these areas:

- Areas where exit, entry, transit take place;

- Passenger terminal ;

- Cargo terminal for export, import, transit; export storage; import storage;

- Aircraft aprons;

- Other sections relating to entry, exit, transit, of people; export, import, and transit of goods and transport in case international flights are granted access to locations that are other than airports.

Accordingly, the border gate areas shall be installed with signs according to Appendix attached hereto.

In addition, it is also required to apply measures for maintaining security and order such as: patrol, control, supervision of activities of people and vehicles in air border gates via technical devices and equipment for prevention, detection, and penalties for violations;

This Decree takes effect from December 22nd, 2022.
