The following goods items: medical gloves, facemasks, garments used for epidemic prevention and control shall be subject to the suspension of the business of temporary import, re-export from March 15th, 2022 to December 31st 2022. The detailed List is provided at the Appendix enclosed with this Circular.

Particularly, shipments for which import procedures have been carried out from January 1st, 2022 to the the date prior to March 15th, 2022 shall be further re-exported according to the regulations at Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP and applicable regulations.

This Circular takes effect from March 15th, 2022 to December 31st, 2022.
