This Circular prescribes application and procedures for issuance of registration number for medical equipment, medical devices, testing biologicals, and chemicals for use in COVID-19 epidemic management and issuance of permit for import of medical equipment for COVID-19 epidemic management.

Procedures for declaration of applied standards for medical equipment are regulated at Chapter II of this Circular.

This Circular takes effect from the date of its signing to the end of December 31st, 2022.
