This Circular elaborates on several regulations on management of occupational safety and health, construction quality and maintenance of construction projects.

This Circular applies to domestic authorities, entities and individuals, and foreign entities and individuals involved in management of occupational safety and health, construction quality and maintenance of construction projects.

This Circular takes effect from October 15th, 2021.

To replace Circular No. 26/2016/TT-BXDstatus1 dated October 26th, 2016, Circular No. 04/2019/TT-BXDstatus1 dated August 16th, 2019, Circular No. 04/2017/TT-BXDstatus1 dated March 30th, 2014, Circular No. 03/2019/TT-BXDstatus1 dated July 30th, 2019.
